Understanding the meaning of Transactional and Interpersonal conversation in daily life context

Basic Competence       :
Responding the meaning of Transactional and Interpersonal conversation 
(to get things done) or (socialization) formally and informally 
by using variety of simple language orally in context 
: Expressing of Surprise, Invitation/An Offer.

Indicators                     :
- Identify the expression of Expressing of Surprise
- Responding the expression of Expressing of Surprise
- Identify the expression of Invitation/An Offer
- Responding the expression of Invitation/An Offer
- Identify the expression of the sitautional context

Objectives                    :
- The students are able to identify the expression
   of Expressing of Surprise, Invitation/An Offer.
- The students are able to Responding the expression of
  Expressing of Surprise, Invitation/An Offer.

Method                                     : ALM (Audio Lingual Method)
Teaching Technique                 : - Drilling

Teaching Learning Activities    :
1. Pre Activities
- Greeting
            - Checking the students attendance
            - Giving some questions lead to the topic
2. While Activities
- The teacher explain about the material about the word
   expressing of thanking/ appreciation, Praise and Congratulating.

- The teacher asked the students to understand the about the materials
   by giving the performing lead to the topic.

- Then the teacher makes sure that the student has understanding about
   the material by asked the students to find out another example of word
   expressing of Surprise, Invitation/An Offer.

- The teacher will give the modeling of conversation dialogue consist of
  word Expression of Surprise, Invitation/An Offer.

- After the conversation the teacher will deliver some question relate to the
  conversation to find out the students’ respond and to make sure that the
  students are understanding what the conversation tells about.

3. Post Activities
- The teacher reviewing the material and asking about the problems during
  the lesson.
- Close the activities by giving some suggestion, comment, and motivation

Evaluation        :
students are asked to do the exercise from the teacher.
LISTENING TEST
Directions : you will hear short conversation between two people. After
each conversation, you will the question about the conversation, so Listen
carefully then choose the best answer)

SITUATION 1
Betty     : Have you heard that Tommy have got the first rank in his class?
Anton    : I can’t believe it. Because he always cheat when having the test.
Akbar   : Why do you say so?
Anton    : Yes, I really know him. I have ever seen him cheating the English test and the
  teacher saw it. And then the test paper was taken by the teacher. The teacher
  was so angry to him. He is a laziest student.
Lusi      : Yes, that’s really true. Me too, I ever saw him cheat all his friend’s answer. He will
  be angry to his friend if they don’t give him the answers.
Akbar   : It is so surprising news for me Guys! By the way. How if we go to Puncak in a
  long holiday
Lusi      : That’s a good news for me.
Anton    : to go to Puncak is very far and need much money. How about going to “Lembah
  Hijau” in Bandar Lampung? It is not so far from our village and of course not so
  much money to goThere.
Betty     : I do agree with you. But I can’t join with you all because my parents ask me to go
  with them to my gradma’s house in South Sumatra.
Akbar   : O.K. if all of you agree. So when and what time we will go there.
Lusi      : How about next weekend, on 30 December 2007, at 8.00 o’clock.
Anton    : O.K. I really agree with the time
